Two interviews. Firstly, with manager and senior person with them providing details and focus on motivation, aspirations and challenges I have faced. Secondly, with immediate colleague and team leader with a focus on background and projects and fit.
I rejected due to personal reasons but the manager was very supportive and willing to help. It took 1.5 month.
