The interviewers do not care about presentation, they only care about your ability to recite standardized answers. They do not even care about your problem-solving abilities or technical know-how.

I have interviewed with this company twice, and both recruiter screening calls were disappointing. The recruiters seemed disconnected from the technical aspects of the roles and focused almost entirely on checking boxes and aggressively pushing for a salary number. In one case, I was even told, "I don't want to waste time—just give me a number." In my experience, recruiter quality at other semiconductor companies is significantly better, with conversations centered on understanding a candidate's background, skills, and motivations. Here, the process felt transactional, and the compensation discussions were well below market rates. Fortunately, the hiring managers and engineering teams were professional, respectful, and much more engaging than the recruiting experience.
