The first interview was a general assessment of the candidate. This was followed by two technical interviews. The first involved answering some questions related to solid mechanics and mechanics of materials. The second involved walking through how you would go about designing a mechanical structure.

Design scenarios asked during interview. Need to come up with innovative solutions.
Final interview involves presentation of a major project. Then individual interview taken by people on the presentation panel.

Entretien
First, a phone interview with a recruiter, where you're asked mostly behavioral questions and at least 3 technical questions for the role. Afterwards, you get an interview with the engineering managers to ask more indepth questions for the role.
Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.
