Interview process is too bad. Hr team is so unprofessional. They sent mail for the meeting time. I accepted the time. They didn't inform me and just 1 day ago they change the time. Interviewer's behaviour is so bad. He did't consider my skills. He ask me what company is doing. I tell what I know it but he didn't think it is enough. He didn' t ask me about my skills and experience. I didn't like his behaviour.

First interview, by skype. Two interviewers asking general questions. Easy. Second interview, onsite. Asked me to take personality test before coming onsite. The interview was more of an investigation than a software engineering interview. Felt so distanced from the team. The interviewers don't have any communication skills, arrogant and sometimes just stupid. They asked a bit about my previous projects and role and never got into details or how I implemented stuff, what's my mentality, what programming approaches I took, development approaches, software components or architecture. They're just dull. The experience is negative, very.
