Just went to phone screen. Only behavior questions. The recruitor seems not interested in me from the beginning. She asked me why I want a job. I really don't know how to answer it.

You have to be prepared for English questions. English questions were difficult because I am Korean.

Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
