The interview was in person at Veldhoven by the two hiring leads. They described the company and what their department does. It appears a lot is expected from you on tight deadlines. They emphasized the fact that their are strict deadlines and their is work pressure. I think I might be overqualified for the job. Regarding employee development and training their response was not so encouraging. They believe its employee responsibility and not company s'.
