I applied through a recruiter
Got a call after a week and scheduled a phone interview
A week later gave my second phone interview ( which went way better than my first interview )
Received a call next day from my recruiter with bad news, which I wasn't expecting.
It was a good learning experience but very disappointed as I thought the interview went well.

First, a phone interview with a recruiter, where you're asked mostly behavioral questions and at least 3 technical questions for the role. Afterwards, you get an interview with the engineering managers to ask more indepth questions for the role.
Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.
