It was a really nice efficient interview asked good questions not just weird random stuff. Sat down at the table and he introduced himself and worked of my cv so didn’t leave me fighting for my life

Entretien
The interview process was relaxed, just you and the manager having a discussion. You are told in the email to dress smart-casual which I did. Easy questions, don't stress. The manager I interviewed with was really chatty and friendly.

Name a time you've taken initiative, name a time you've worked as part of a team, where is your ideal place to travel, how would you change your service for a specific type of customer (they used a table having a business meeting for mine), those kinds of interview questions that just ask for you to show your personality! Of course they will also ask you about your availability and all of the business end stuff too.

The interview itself was fairly simple and casual. They were searching for potential employees who are hard-working and friendly and who will actively join themselves in the ASK Italian family.
