1.Phone screening - Reached out to schedule then zero replies for 10 days until it was scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, 15 minutes late, did not know basic information about the position - team locations or composition, workflow, or actual salary cap.
2. 2nd Interview - I really liked the conversation and energy - candid, spoke a lot about the value of culture and the people skills needed for the work. Seemed to genuinely care about making me feel comfortable and determining a cultural fit.
3. Final interview - a 2 hour long panel with 4 people in various departments, inc the person from the 2nd interview. Two of the interviews were really great and felt like an exchange, the other two felt like a screening call, I got one word responses ("cool" "great") to many quality answers I gave and did a lot of the legwork even in basic intros and conversation.
Overall, this was a really stressful experience - 10 weeks from application to rejection - no accountability or transparency on the process, each step took 2-3 weeks to schedule despite being told "next week" at every stage, had to chase with 2 and 3 emails at every stage - this is *after* confirming I was selected to move on. No proactive updates. It took them 2 full weeks to reject me after the final interview after saying on 3 separate occasions I would hear back next week, without so much as an update - an experience that was honestly traumatic. For a company that constantly expounds it's culture and valuing wellness and investment in it's people, the way my process was conducted was disrespectful to my skills and unheard of for a position of this seniority.
