Very strange process and its hard to comprehend what they are looking for. In my honest opinion, the overall interview was held in a very unprofessional way. HR never comes back to you after 3 or 4 rounds of negotiations.

After CV submission there were three stages:
1. Recruiter interview - online
2. Professional interview – online, with a management team
3. Final interview with manager - offline at the corporate office
