Exhausting 5-round process ending in extreme unprofessionalism and regional bias Think twice before investing your time with Arrise. Their hiring process is completely draining and lacks basic professional courtesy. I went through a painful 5-round interview process: 1 HR screening, 3 intense Technical rounds, and finally a Techno-Managerial round. Throughout this marathon, there was continuous rescheduling because their interview panels apparently have no availability or respect for a candidate's time. To make matters worse, during the 5th round, the hiring manager seemed completely checked out and uninterested. After dragging me through all these stages, the feedback I received was incredibly insulting—stating that their interns are better than me. If that was the case, why waste my time with 5 separate rounds? Furthermore, there appears to be a heavy cultural and demographic preference for local candidates at the Hyderabad site, making the multi-week loop a futile exercise for outstation applicants. Would not recommend investing time here.
