Hiring and interview process took 3 months. initial technical interview with technical questions and competency based questions followed by IT manager interview based on more competency based questions. interview was based on Oracle Form and reports.

There are 3 stage interview process. Team lead gives explanation about the interview stages very clearly in the beginning. Simple and easy technical questions. I hope they are expecting people ranging from 2 to 6 years experience. you can expect basic c#, multithreading questions. 1st stage they will explain about their company and process and expects you to raise questions based on their explanations. 2nd stage would be 2 hr. technical and coding interview. 3rd stage is competitive questions.
