First round Zoom interview with the HR, highly standardized. There was a set of generic behavioral questions. The recruiter was professional and friendly. The process was straightforward and they provided feedback on my application very quickly.

A call with administrative assistant; a call with the president; on site interviews/meetings with almost the entire staff; on site research presentation; on site written test The interview process was fine. But the people were definitely awkward and not the friendliest. I was keenly aware that several of them did not know how to make or keep eye contact during conversations. Nor did they feel comfortable having casual conversation. It just seemed like the most stern and strict work environment.
