Arrive at the location to be interviewed; gate was unattended and locked. Had to email and call interviewer in order to get the gate open.
First was a brief greeting followed by a literacy/numeracy test at a basic level.
Verbal interview proceeded following that as well as confirmation of my right to work.

Was unorganised not enough instructions on how to get in didn’t have a copy of my id or anything I had sent in advance more worried about getting people in

Entretien
Standard interview, but turned the job down due to the shocking salary and benefits and terms. The interviewer was pleasant enough and seemed a decent chap. The questions started off discussing my past experience, then moved on to ask why we should have parking enforcement, why should we give you the job etc. Don't do it people, the contracts are awful!
