Questions were asked based on interest and areas of competence to show enthusiasm for work and commitment to serve in the children and youth resource centre.
The process was short. I only had two physical interviews with the principal solutions consultant. Just before the visits I had phone interviews just to confirm who I was and if I made the application for the post myself.
