I met with three different team members across different departments. Each varied in seniority and area of expertise within the business. I was asked a few industry specific questions on how I’d approach solving for a solution, but otherwise the discussions were conversational and friendly - giving me reason to assume likability and cultural fit was an important factor for consideration
