J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AND Digital (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2018
Entretien
Contacted by the company's recruiter through a recruitment platform.
Received a take home coding exercise of 3 hours long and then invited to the assessment center, during which there was a group exercise and a 1:1 interview along with a presentation. Overall process took 1 month.

Short coding test to begin with, then a call with HR recruiter. Built an e-commerce website which I then had to do a quick presentation on. After that there is a culture fit interview which is relatively straightforward.

The interview process was poor and lacking. Recruiter didn't know what salary to put me on, could at least give an estimate.
1) Perform a technical take home test. Don't know why the industry is so keen on doing these but they take ages to do. Just look through our GitHub or something similar. We could code in whatever language we liked so I picked Java.
2) Then got interviewed by a culture manager. Then need for this interview boggles the mind.
3) Then got interviewed by a senior product developer. This interview was actually pretty good and got on well with the interviewer who really praised my technical test. We went through an algorithm-y question.
4) Both interviews took ages to arrange and do. Recruiter constantly on the phone with me talking about how I did. There is no need to call me at every stage of the process seriously.
5) Group presentations went okay but it was a silly ego inflating contest really.
To AND, we're busy people we haven't got time for such a long and drawn out process. After doing all of the above, then getting rejected for not having enough C experience is just nonsense. You're a digital agency, you are not Apple, Google, Microsoft or Amazon. Please remember that.
