1. Phone call. 2. Email with case study to prepare for. 3. Assessment day - split into two parts: a group activity, followed by a 1:1 interview to present case study and share more about yourself, your knowledge and your ambitions. Quick and smooth process overall, with a great and friendly team.

I applied on the website and it was a three stage process/ 1) Screening call with the internal recruiter I was made to feel really relaxed from the start. This call was all about my interest in the role and AND. Also about an overview of my experience. 2) Technical Interview Next stage was the technical interview. I was given a case study and asked to sumarise the problems, suggest solutions AND could bring, and how it would benefit them 3) Cultural Fit Interview The third and final stage was a cultural fit call. This was all about how I deal with certain situations (upskilling, coaching others, dealing with challenging stakeholders). Overall it was really laid back and AND getting to know me on a personal level, but also just as importantly me getting to know them. The entire interview process was fantastic :)
