The process consisted of phone screen, online language test, phone language check, and online videochat. It was very smooth and quick, I was updated on a daily basis almost. The experience ws very positive.

All questions were rather basic ones, concerning my previous job experience and education, there was nothing tricky.
I encountered numerous questions primarily designed to assess my personal fit and compatibility with the team’s culture, values, and working style. I would recommend you prepare effective responses to highlight your strengths in these areas. (Star Method)
I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
