Submitted my resume and was selected for an interview. Very quickly after the interview began it became obvious that I was nowhere near experienced enough for the position they were hiring for as I had not previously managed a team of 20+ people. My resume did not state that I had managerial experience, so I have no idea why they even bothered to interview me. Complete waste of my time and theirs. Left the interview very confused.
