The recruiter reached out to me with the intention to ditch me. The job was listed as Fully remote or hybrid and the recruiter asked are you willing to relocate, I said no I can't as I can be only remote, after that she said bye!. Why did they list the job as fully remote then?!!! Things started to look off when I applied online then after 2 months, the recruiter reached out to schedule a call. I scheduled the screen call, and when I got in the call the recruiter didn't show up, I sent an email and then got a reply that they are in a call right now and need to reschedule (no apologies or any consideration for my time). I rescheduled it assuming they didn't mean to be unprofessional and then in the second call the recruiter showed up an literally finished the call in 4 minutes. I got a very rude treatment in the call like I felt the recruiter was being racist since the moment I joined the call. I think they were just trying to check me off their list and move on! Very bad experience. through my entire career I haven't seen this level of unprofessional behavior.
