It started with someone at AMCAD called me to schedule for the on-site interview. I did not have prior phone interview. So, the interview was scheduled for the next day. I went to the interview and I was taken to the meeting room with the exam paper. It was not very welcoming setup. I was not even asked if I would need a glass of water. So, the exam was mostly C# terminology and some threading related questions as well Ado.net questions. I completed most of the questions in 30 mins and was waiting for the interviewer. I waited for almost 30 min until the interviewer arrived. Very Informal discussion, went 5 -10 min about my background. I already had another offer so informed him about that. That was all.
After couple of hour, product development manager called to offer a job. Explained about the benefits and next day emailed me the offer letter.
I had never met him, so was asked to meet with him next day. Didn't feel very comfortable while discussing about the expectation of the position. As the other reviewer had mentioned, he told me that they would work long hours - 10 hours a day and 1 day in the weekend very frequently.
So, I declined the offer.
