I had two interviews, one with a manager and a follow up with the general manager. The biggest concern was to know the benefits of the AMC Stubs card: Free upgrades on concessions, $10 for every $100 spent and online ticketing fees are waived. Easy interview just smile and have examples of situations such as when you had to solve a problem.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
