You apply. You get a call for a phone Interview. You answer the questions, not too difficult and then you get scheduled for an interview. You don't have to dress super fancy but come in looking nice. The interview questions you can find online so there's no way you should not get it.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
