Two interviews after a long and somewhat difficult hiring test to determine if I was a good fit for the company. The GM of the location interviewed first, then the district manager for the market interviewed me. Very friendly district manager.

The general manager, who is no longer with AMC, referred to the crew members as subordinates. It caught me off guard.

Its a bunch of questions. The interview questions were asked. They wanted examples of how someone would deal with certain situations. I did not get the job.
