It required an online assessment followed by an in person interview. I wasn't told beforehand how the interview was structured so it was a bit daunting at first. The interview is structured sort of like an audition which was a bit strange for a movie theater.

Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot

Casual conversation about why I was interested in a position. Was asked some STAR scenarios. Confirmed I was available for weekend and night work. Offered the position at the end.
