Pretty casual interview. I was asked to memorize something about the AMC Stubs membership and then explain it to them. Manager interviewed me, explained what some of the job duties were liked once the interview was over and offered me the job.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
