The hiring process was a little off setting since I had never been in a group interview before. There were 3 stages of the group interview where, your asked certain questions about what you like to do, hobbies, etc. As well as acting out scenarios that might happen at the theater. Stage one is just general questions, then if they call you back for Stage 2 you must interact with the other people in the room about scenarios at the theater. And if you make it to Stage 3 you must act more difficult scenarios and then are called in to 1 on 1 interviews with the GM.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question i was asked on the 1 on 1 interview was probably the "Starbucks Question" Its the infamous question everyone hired there is asked. and then later on you joke about it with all the other Crew Members

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
