Three interviews—one with hiring manager, one with sales manager, and one with trainer/manager. Generic questions, and I mostly felt like I was being “sold”. They answer almost any questions as generically as possible. The hiring manager is a good barometer—if you like his answers, and he likes yours, then you’re Golden. Just watch out for the offer letter! Mine had some differences from the verbal agreements in the interview process, and when I brought it up subsequently, the offer was rescinded. Confirm everything via email with each interviewer. Get it in writing before you sign on, before you sign anything.
