I applied through an online ad and got an email asking to meet for an interview right away. I went and met with the owner who was very nice and was told that it went very well and I would be back for the 2nd interview the next week. When I sent a thank you and follow up email the next week, I received a reply that interviews were taking longer than had planned but didn't I think that I was overqualified? I never heard anything else and I really wanted one of those jobs.
