First it was a nice chat with someone to explain me the process. Then they assigned me a taks which was too much for 7 days. I did as much as I could. Then they told me the client was not happy with the result and you didn't cover all parts of it. It came to my mind that they just give their small projects to the developers that they are applying for the job. They didn't tell me any detail that which part was the problem. I finally felt abused to be honest.

Colloquio rimandato 3 volte. Il giorno del colloquio dopo aver atteso 20 minuti in riunione aspettando che qualcuno si collegasse mi hanno chiamato per rinviare il colloquio alla settimana dopo. La mattina del secondo colloquio è stato nuovamente rinviato dopo una settimana. Al terzo giorno dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti in riunione nessuno si è presentato e nessuno si è preoccupato per lo meno di contattarmi per scusarsi

Entretien
Dopo aver partecipato al colloquio, ho atteso con ansia un riscontro, ma purtroppo non ne ho ricevuto alcuno. Nonostante ciò, ho notato che durante l'incontro non sono state evidenziate troppe criticità o punti deboli, il che mi ha fatto pensare di aver svolto un buon lavoro. Nel complesso, ritengo che l'esperienza del colloquio sia stata abbastanza neutra e ma resa negativa dal comportamento dopo il colloquio.
