Usually it is up to the client you are going to work for to interview the candidate.
There is a lack of technical experts in the management, so it wouldn't make any sense for them to personally test candidates' technical skills.

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento

They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
