I received a request for a phone interview after few weeks of applying for the position. The first question was regarding the working permit in the country where I applied for. The interview was supposed to take 30 min but it ended in 30 sec since they prefer people with working permit in this country which is not my case.
In my opinion this is a stupid administrative issue from the HR, it is clear in my resumé that I don't have a working permit since I am still a student.

Pretty straight forward process, called by a recruiter, and interviewed for a couple of rounds. There were more but i didnt make it as i needed VISA (i think). They did not make it clear. Interviews felt more like listening than answering questions.

Pretty short, nothing really focused on experience. Just HR Questions and a quick rejection later. 5 minutes is not an interview in my opinion. This was my experience anyway with the interview process.
First interview with human resources, then technical questions with manager then last interview with hiring manager. Test was 5 questions that could be done online. The people were receptive and very kind
