They hired me from Linkedin, I accepted the interview. First, a call by the recruiter and one manager. They explained me a bunch of projects and a salary for the positions. Then I moved to Nice (France) to meet the manager and the Project Leader. A full interview with them abount my tecnical skills. Then the contract proposal with further discussion about.

After a lot of personal questions about myself, educations and work experieces, a tecnical problem about... "I have a bunch of numbers, find the best and optimized solutions to eliminate one digit only to, overall, get the lowest number"

1. a short interview by BD manager, very general interview, mainly introducing each other;
2. coding test, assigned with a repository and improve it;
3. f2f technical interview, including tech leads and project managers, the topics are mainly on technical things;

Il signore ha parlato mezz’ora con termini che conosceva solo lui, toccandosi in continuazione la faccia e guardando da un altra parte invece che guardare in cam. Sì lamentava pure che non riusciva a trovare personale.
