The interview process consisted of three main stages: Initial Phone Call with HR: The process began with a short phone conversation with an HR representative. The discussion focused on my background, motivation for applying, and understanding of the role. The HR representative also provided useful information about the company culture and the next steps in the hiring process. Online Coding Assessment: The second stage involved an online technical assessment. It included C++ coding questions. The test was designed to evaluate my programming and problem-solving skills under time constraints. Overall, it was fair and aligned with the technical requirements of the position. Online Interview with the Hiring Manager: The next step was an online interview with the hiring manager. The discussion covered both technical and behavioral topics, including my previous projects and motivation. The interviewer was professional, asked insightful questions, and provided a clear picture of the team’s work and expectations.

First approach by email on LinkedIn. Then I scheduled a call with a local Project Manager. After discussing about the role and my interest, the PM invited me to complete a coding challenge offline. After a week we had a second call and he illustrated me the salary and benefit package.
