Took an aptitude test of medium difficulty and then further took a group discussion round where they did NOT eliminate a lot of people. Next, the Personal Interview was conducted followed by a precursory HR round. Overall the process was not particularly fancy or highly selective but instead focused on eliminating out candidates who could absolutely not fit in the company requirement.
