J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALICE (Medellín, Antioquia) en avr. 2018

I had 3 different phone interviews. The first one was conducted by the Eleni Costis, The Talent Acquisitions Executive. It was mostly about the company and about the knowledge and experience I could bring to ALICE. Then I had an assignment. Being a talent recruiter myself, I’d like to highlight this as one the best parts of the process. Asking potential employees to prove they can actually do what they say they can do, gives you data-backed proof this specific person is going to be a good fit for the company. In my experience, this is more reliable than trusting your instinct as a recruiter. After this, I had an interview with Grace Quirk, it was kind of similar as the one I had with Eleni and finally, I had an interview with Alex Shashou, one of the founders of the company. It was about my experience, my knowledge about different fields, and I was also asked some general personality-related questions.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALICE en févr. 2019

The process was great, with a lot of support of the HR team. I applied online, and a few weeks later I received an invitation for an Intro Call with one of the team members. Then, I completed an assignment related to the tasks that I would do at the company if hired. After that, one of the Director of sales interviewed me, then the VP of sales and finally, I got the chance to talk with the president and Co-Founder. The continuous feedback is excellent, as well as the appropriate way to make interviews, since is a remote job. Very transparent and fair process, they really took the time to evaluate everything!
