J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Manchester, Angleterre) en mai 2025

It was really really busy and not very organised, they did group interviews but there was no order of who was going first or last, there weren't any clear instructions apart from - ask a store assistant about the interview. The store assistant who already seemed busy dealing with customers just escorted me to a room and said wait here. the room was a tiny break room for staff and packed with people of all ages. every 15 or so minutes someone would come and take around 7 people to another room where 2 women interviewed everyone one by one as we sat around this big table. they asked like 3-5 questions and it was awkward and tense in the room as everyone felt a bit put on the spot when sharing their answers. At the end they said they'd contact everyone even if they didn't pass through to the next stage within two weeks... which they didn't do. I didn't hear anything at all from them after leaving that room. I was waiting in that tiny break room for about 40-50mins altogether... ;/

Group interview where you had to role-play scenarios about working in the store. Hard to actually get a word in and it was online which made it even more difficult.
Had a group online interview and I felt it was very hard to get any point across and it felt very over the top and the process seemed too long for what the job actually was
Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
