I have my Assessment centre in 2 days, so only posting about my interview journey so far and clicking on Offer accepted.
Online application - It actually wasn't too bad, if you've filled out applications for other companies, you might find that they are a bit longer to fill out.
Situational Judgement/Verbal/Numerical - Again, I didn't find the tests as difficult as what some other companies have - also it helps that they are not SHL, I think those are the worst. If you have standard GCSE Maths, these tests won't be too difficult for you.
Video interview - You have 10 questions, a few seconds to look as the question and then the recording begins. If you practice a bit beforehand, there are already questions up on Glassdoor so it isn't actually that bad. My only suggestion would be to ensure that you are dressed smart - you want to look good on camera.

Introduce yourself - you're given a minute to answer.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
