Entretien
Long and wasteful!!
I applied in mid jan,got an email to invite me to a phone interview on 2nd feb.
This was quick no personality just answer questions!
A further email inviting me to a group assessment in 4th March and to prepare a 3 min presentation on a Aldi store visit.
Attended with around 15 other people,we did a 5 minute maths exam, then the operations manager arrived and asked who we all worked for and what are interests are.
The group discussion in being stranded after a plane crash and prioritise 15 items!
Then we reviews the answer before she told us everything that Aldi do and the process(which I already researched for the presentation) then asked if any other questions before we leave!!
No presentation required and felt like a waste of time and too casual!

Question 1
Who do you currently work for and what are your interests!
Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview

Questions d'entretien [8]
Question 1
What about Aldi made you interested in applying for the position?
Can you tell me about a time that you had an employee that you helped with their training and that really sticks out in your memory and what their training process was sort of like?
So during your time as a manager, what has been your favorite part about being a leader as well well as the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome?
Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
