Manager let the group inside the store. She had us line up near the cash registers, she told us the requirements that cashiers would need to do, and how a day as a cashier is. Took us to the back and showed us the freezer, fridge and dry goods, and instacart fridge and freezer. She told us as a stocker what we will be doing and how it would be working as a stocker. Asked us if we had any questions, as well as answered any and all questions we would have while getting the breakdown of each position. Took us back to the front and did 1-1 5 minute interviews.

I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
