Possibly the worst interview format I have ever encountered. A self-recording interview, no chance to re-record, only given 30 seconds to read and then respond to as range of questions. In a normal interview, this would be fine, but in such an impersonal context this is not easy.

The interview process consists of a video interview, virtual first-round interview and a face to face second second-round interview. Each interview lasts for roughly an hour but depends on the interviewer.
