There are 3 stages of Interview
First is online video Interview where you have to record yourself while answering the questions
Second is group interview where you interact with each other and introduce your assigned partner to the group
Third is manager interview

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).

You'll just have to do a short video interview with one practical question and three interview questions. Each questions is 60seconds with 90seconds for breaks. So good luck. Make sure your microphone is working. Good luck 👍
