They "interview" a large quantity of people. I wouldn't be surprised if they went through 3-400 people the day of their hiring event. Unfortunately this means you have to have questions lined up and be ready to initiate the entire conversation with them if you want to spend any more than 30 seconds with the "interviewer." I would come with the application filled out (you can get it off their website) or you'll have to fill it out at a table or while waiting in a long line. I wasn't asked any questions other than a few there were clearly typed on my application, so I don't even know why they bothered. I put the interview difficulty at average, not because they ask you difficult questions, but because the entire interview is basically conducted by you.
