3 Interview Process. The recruiter pretty much tells you what to say. The recruiter will call you and tell you exactly what they will exact and tell you exactly what to say. It was a rather easy interview which had me question the integrity of the recruiter but I was excited about getting some buying experience.
A very thorough interview process, had to do mental arithmatic and english tests and then a group assessment day with multiple tasks including a role play task and small presentation.
I applied for a position and got contacted for another one that wasn't published on their website, I didn't get a description of the job with all the responsibilities etc. they only sent the perks of working with aldi. I had a phone interview with the HR and then an interview with the team leader and HR.
