The interview process consists of two stages. A group interview with all the possible candidates. Second part includes one on one interview with the store manager. In the second stage is when you will go through your availability , a walk through the store etc

5-10 min phone call interview from HR, just a casual talk. Have self introduction and talk about your own working experience. Asking how will you handle problems from customers. A virtual body check will be conducted after the phone interview.
