Overall a fun process. Met some great people and they had a pallet stacking exercise that they timed you re-stacking 3 pallets. All interviews were informative and positive except the final one, which surprisingly was very negative. Thought I had the job until the end...go figure!

Rushed. Split up Group interviews that take like 2 mins max. Rush through interviews, ask non job related questions. Don't give you any decency, time to get to know one another. Just ok- we will be in contact.

Basic competency tests for English and numeracy. Tour of the warehouse. Interview seemed like he didn’t want to be there and even said these interviews take place all the time which in itself is concerning.
