Applied for several different regions, heard back directly from one of the hiring managers via email within 2 weeks. Set up an interview at the district offices. Standard first round of interview, answering questions such as "Describe a problem you faced in a leadership position and how you solved it". Manager seemed turned off by the fact that I have a strong quantitative background "You're one of those numbers guys, hu?!"

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.

There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
