overall it was good experience. All the applicants met with the company for dinner a night before for the interviews. They talked about the company, the position, and the expectations. In the end there was an Q/A session as well

Entretien
They want you to stand in front of a mirror so that they can evaluate you before the interview. Then you are asked a series of questions about what you think the position is by the district manager. Afterwards a store manager takes you around the store and is especially interested in your reaction to being in the freezer.

Easy application. Waiting to hear back for a possible interview. Excited for the opportunity. Seems like a good place to work with good pay, benefits, and a culture. Seems like room for advancement as well.
