Attended a hiring event and was contacted by a District Manager Intern within a few days. Just a quick phone interview. She was very polite, standard questions. Second interview was with a store manager. Showed me the daily operations of the store. Last interview was with district manager. Overall a great experience.

Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.

Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
Not difficult at all. There is a two step interview process where the first one you meet with the manager and the second you meet with the general district manager.
